At Lion Roadside Service, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before requesting our services.

1. Service Fees

Roadside assistance services involve dispatching a technician to your location. Once a technician has been dispatched, certain fees may become non-refundable.

2. Security Deposits

Some services require a security deposit before dispatch.

Security deposits are non-refundable if:

  • The technician has already been dispatched.

  • The customer cancels after dispatch.

  • The customer is unavailable upon arrival.

  • The customer provides an incorrect location.

  • The customer refuses service after the technician arrives.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • Lion Roadside Service is unable to provide the requested service.

  • A payment was processed in error.

  • A duplicate payment was made.

  • A refund is approved by management after reviewing the situation.

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Used Tires

All used tire sales are final.

Due to the nature of used tires, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after installation or pickup unless required by law.

5. New Tires and Parts

New tires or parts may be eligible for exchange only if they are defective or covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Installation and labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

6. Customer Satisfaction

If you believe there was a problem with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed so we can review your concern.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Lion Roadside Service before filing a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed using service records, GPS information, invoices, text messages, photographs, payment records, and other documentation related to the completed service.
