  • Other roadside services as available

Service availability may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, traffic, and technician availability.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Prices provided by phone, text message, or through our website are estimates only.

Final pricing may change based on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Vehicle location

  • Difficulty of the service

  • Additional labor

  • Additional parts or materials required

Customers will be informed of any additional charges before work begins whenever possible.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment through approved payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Cash

  • Cash App

  • Zelle

  • Other approved payment methods

Certain services may require a security deposit before dispatching a technician.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate service location information.

  • Ensure they have legal authorization to request service for the vehicle.

  • Present identification when required for lockout services.

  • Ensure the vehicle is safely accessible.

5. Service Delays

Estimated arrival times are estimates only.

Traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Lion Roadside Service is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations

Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel a service request.

If a technician has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

Security deposits may be non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.

7. Liability

Lion Roadside Service performs services with reasonable care and professional standards.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the requested service

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Lost profits or indirect damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with website security.

  • Submit false service requests.
